    Developing a Winning Business Strategy workshop will explore the elements needed to develop a Winning Business Strategy and is presented by Bill Edwards, Strategic Enterprise Leadership.  Bill will draw on his years of successful business development and growth to help you develop a winning strategy for your business.

    Developing your winning Aspiration: Purpose, Vision, Principles.  This is where you want to take your company and what it will look like when you are successful, when you achieve what you want.

    Your purpose and vision are your Why.

    Strategy is your How.

    It is a road map to achieve your why, how you are going to achieve your winning aspiration.  Your winning business strategy is created by determining Where you will play, how you will win, what capabilities must be in place and what enterprise management systems are required.

    We will delve into these subjects and you will have a Winning Business Strategy Workbook to take with you.  Your business will be on the way to being the leader in your market or industry.

    Strategic Enterprise Leadership helps build client company success by applying the Five Essential Capabilities (acronym PSPLESM) resulting in high, controlled and profitable growth:

    Purpose and Vision, why you exist and what you bring to the world, what success looks like;
    Strategy, the plan for achieving your Purpose and Vision;
    People, attract and retain the best people is critical for success;
    Leadership, leaders get things done and act in a way that others admire and want to follow;
    Enterprise, the systems, measures and structures that allow your essential capabilities to support your strategy;

    Organizations must craft a winning strategy and sustainable competitive advantage if they want to win! Do you have a strategy to grow your business profitably? Are you creating a better future for yourself and all of your stakeholders? Do you have a way to share the success with the people who helped create it? Does your company matter, would the world be different if it weren’t here?  These important questions must be answered if you want to build a high quality and sustainable organization.
